Delivery Information

 

Currently, we only deliver within the continental North America, South America, and SE Asia via a network of regional and national warehouses and shipping companies that feature a flex system whereby the products are shipping to regional destination and then delivered to your address via local couriers.


Due to our recent expansion, distribution of products is now coast to coast. Like Amazon and other larger providers, parts of orders may occasionally be delivered separately from more than one facility rather than waste valuable time collecting goods into one center before shipping complete orders to our valued customers. Please don't be alarmed if you receive a partial order. If you have any questions at any time about the status of split deliveries, plus don't hesitate to contact us.

For tracking, use the link provided in the email we send you once the order is shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours from receipt of your tracking number since there is often a delay in registering movement from the courier side.
